For returning products, we have drawn up a procedure to streamline registration, tracing and monitoring. We do not process returned products unless they have an RMA-number allocated by us.
The products returned must be totally fit for sale. The product returned must be original, i.e. unaltered. The packaging must still be intact; the product must be unused and undamaged. All related documentation and packaging materials must be included in the return shipment. We reserve the right to refuse returned products or to credit only part of the invoice paid if it is not absolutely clear that the product has not been opened, used or has sustained damage (other than by Elfa Elementenfabriek B.V. or the supplier). If a product is returned and we believe it has been damaged by an act on your part, or otherwise is at your risk, we will notify you thereof (by letter or e-mail). We reserve the right to deduct an amount equal to the decrease in value of the product as a result of such damage from the amount credited to you.
Never return products without registering them first with us, and return registered products only! Based on the registration, we can inform you of the right procedure to follow.
